This brochure includes a summary of the comprehensive review document adopted at the First Review Conference, texts of the Nairobi Action Plan, the 2004 Nairobi declaration and the Convention itself. It is intended to assist in the application of the Nairobi Action Plan by making it and other key documents accessible to both practitioners and a wider audience.
